COMMON QUESTIONS

Where are you based?

Melbourne, Australia. Our clients are international, so all pricing is in USD. The amount is the same whether you are in Sydney, Singapore, or Seattle. Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout where supported.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The solution runs in a desktop AI coding app. Either Claude Code by Anthropic or ChatGPT Codex by OpenAI works the same way. You install the app, sign in, open the solution folder, and paste the first task. If you can follow written instructions, you have enough.

What is the difference between Starter and Superstarter?

Starter gives you the core scaffolding for the workflow. You receive the prompts, worked examples, and a roadmap to grow the work over time. Superstarter adds depth on top of that. You also receive extended test cases, a deployment guide, a monitoring template, and a six-month maturity roadmap. If you want to start right and grow the workflow properly, Superstarter is the better starting point.

What if my workflow is unusual?

The solution is scaffolding: a pre-organised folder, prompts, and a first task. It is generic enough to handle most business workflows. You adapt it to your specifics with Claude as you go.

Refunds?

The solution itself is digital scaffolding that arrives in full as soon as you receive it, so refunds on the solution are not available once it has been sent. The Studio subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. We do not refund time on months already paid for, but your access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer custom builds?

Yes. See the consulting section above. Audit and build starts at US$12,000 and runs for four weeks. We would rather see owners and their teams get hands-on with the AI directly. Kickstart is built for that. Consulting exists for cases where the workflow has to ship without the learning curve.
