Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 May 2026

1. Service description

Scoper provides digital starter solutions for use with desktop AI coding apps, specifically Claude Code by Anthropic and ChatGPT Codex by OpenAI. Each solution is a collection of markdown files containing prompts, worked examples, and a roadmap. Scoper also provides a Studio subscription that gives ongoing access to solution updates, a quarterly skill audit, and email follow-up support.

Scoper is operated by the Aapo Foundation, 793 Burke Road, Camberwell VIC 3124, Australia.

2. Pricing

All prices are in United States dollars (USD).

  • Starter solution: US$99 (one-time)
  • Superstarter solution: US$199 (one-time)
  • Kickstart solution: US$499 (one-time)
  • Studio subscription: US$9 per month, billed monthly

Studio is included with every solution purchase. If you purchase a solution, your Studio subscription begins at the same time. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.

3. Refunds

Solution purchases are non-refundable once the solution has been delivered. The solution is digital scaffolding that is sent in full on purchase, so the work is delivered at that point.

The Studio subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We do not refund time on months already paid for, but your access continues to the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual property

On purchase, Scoper grants you a non-exclusive licence to use, modify, and build on the solution contents for your own business purposes. You may adapt the solution for internal workflows, share it with your own team, or modify it freely.

You may not resell or redistribute the unmodified solution files as a product. Substantially modified or extended versions that represent your own work are not subject to this restriction.

5. No warranty

The solution is provided as-is. Scoper makes no warranty, express or implied, that the solution will produce any particular outcome for your workflow. Results depend on how you use the solution, the AI app you choose, and your specific inputs. Scoper is not responsible for outputs produced by third-party AI applications (Claude Code by Anthropic, ChatGPT Codex by OpenAI) when used with the solution.

6. Liability cap

Scoper’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the solution is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. This limit applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
